Termination

• All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• We will provide any completed work products as of the termination date
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination
• Each party shall return or destroy confidential information of the other party

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or fail to make required payments.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time by posting updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
